Oops, I left out some references to defense_bonus in ai/.

Tested, save games match.

The peculiar calculation in combat.c and used all over the place is for
reconstructing the value that was originally used in the ruleset.  This
is probably a bad idea, but changing things might change the savegames,
and I wanted to make sure the first set of modifications worked first.
