Hi,

first of all thank you for this cool adaptation of Civ!

Nevertheless I have a minor point to criticize:
Would it be possible to put downloadable versions of the manuals on the
server?
Maybe with some kind of autmatism it would be possible to generate
"images" of the different manual directories which would be perfect for
download and storing locally.
Not everyone is playing FreeCiv over the Inter- but the Intranet!
