The happiness dialog isn't very useful because it doesn't indicate what 
effects do what.

Using graphics is nice.  However it is also confusing because 
specialists are not assigned a happiness status (whereas in the game I 
think they're taken from the happiest citizens or something).

I am envisioning something like this text file.  Including graphics 
could help make it clearer.  Maybe it could be a table with one column 
per citizen type (H/C/U/A).

It could be done as a popup rather than as a separate tab.
