With the new and beautiful icons in the city dialog, the list tends to be
very long. I wonder whether a sortable table isn't overkill, though.

We could make up some groups (with tabs maybe) for the items: improvements,
wonders, units. And maybe, in the units group, subgroups for land, sea, air
units.
