there are two destroyers near Taejon which are idle for a lot of
turns. This is a bug that i have seen since many months.
By the way, i tried to debug the problem but it's impossible due to
the large number of units in this game. How do you do debug the AI in
search for a unit? Because using only breaks is a lot frustraiting.
