The tile with the active unit is auto centered on the map.
1. In some cases the map is shifted even though the centered tile does not
change. See attached savegame, and go through active units with 'w' key.
The map performs a small shift when a 2 grade veteran is displayed
instead of a 1 grade veteran.
2. A map shift is also performed when the (to be centered) tiles are near
together (2 or 3 tiles away from each other).
These cause many unnecessary map shifts which gives a flurry picture.
The savegame also shows another bug: the unit display on the laft bar is not
updated properly. This has been reported earlier for GTK1, though I cannot
find the bug report.
