After launching my spaceship I spent a few turns just hitting turn-done.
Now I look at my cities again and I see that half of them are building
the manhattan project.
Of course the project has already been completed in one city. It looks
like every city for whom the governor got to decide chose to build
manhattan project. Of course it could only be completed once so now the
production at all the others is wasted (there are no more wonders
available).
IMO the governor (auto-builder) should never choose to build buildings
with uniqueness level higher than per-city (for human players, that is).
It already refuses to build palaces, which is good.
Alternately the governor could just make sure never to build more than
one such building.
