[Freeciv-Dev] e-mails sent to RT

RT has as its reply-to address rt@xxxxxxxxxxx.  E-mails that I've sent 
there have been disappearing.  Paulz says this is a DNS problem and will 
eventually resolve itself.  I don't know if this means the e-mails will 
eventually arrive or not.
In any case if you've sent e-mail to RT that didn't get there you may 
want to resend it to rt@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  If this eventually results in 
duplicate entries, we can deal with it.
