I think this message might have got lost when the mailing list was
down so here it is again...


Here's the first version of the small City Popup designed to appear
over the main GUI rather than obscuring the map.

I was originally hoping to get a condensed worklist onto here in some
way but it turned out to be basically impossible.  So you still have
to open the full size one to change the worklist.

However this allows you to reposition your workers and specialists,
buy production, and view all the city information that appears in the
left panel of the full size city screen, and all without obscuring
the map.

There are 6 buttons on the right; I intend that each of these will
open the full size city screen directly on a particular page.  So the
top one opens the 'Overview' page, the second opens the 'Worklist'
page, and so on.
