It works fine for me. Of course it takes some effort to get a unit to
conquer a city. Perhaps you have to follow exactly the right sequence
of events?
It happens for me too. I use jan 19 cvs windows snapshot.

Do you mean with "It happens for me too" that you can reproduce the
bug or that you can't reproduce it?
