Option: turnblock - Turn-blocking game play mode
Description:
If this is set to 1 the game turn is not advanced until all players have
finished their turn, including disconnected players.
Status: changeable
Value: 0, Minimum: 0, Default: 0, Maximum: 1

We may want to change the default value.
