I always welcome bug reports or any reports at all about anything I make.
This is not a bug, it is this way by design. It is certainly possible to
achieve any action with the UI as it is now. I will leave optimizations
for later on.
1.14.1 is pending release. The client is full featured as it is. It is
pointless to delay the release for months for something one can live
without like this. Improvements will be added to the next version.

First one is supposed to make it work, then one is supposed to improve it.
The GTK+ 2.0 client features many significant UI improvements and speedups
in the number of user inputs required to achieve an action. A few things
have taken a temporary user performance hit and will be improved later on.
