You see it in the order in which units in a stack are displayed:
Warrior1
Warrior2
Trireme1
Warrior3
Trireme2
Warrior4
Warrior3 is in Trireme 1 and Warrior4 is in Trireme2. Warrior1 and
Warrior2 are not in any transport.
