In this case reputation may (must?) rise (cause the nation, m-m-m, go in for
sacrifice in name of honour). However, if one of allied players
initiate the war, perutaion of another allied nation, entering the war, may 
fall.
Maybe let the player (and ai) choose: enter the war or break an alliance
