[Freeciv-Dev] Complaints...

Hi,

There is no CVS diffs and no snapshots after Jul-21 in 
www.freeciv.org/latest.html and ftp.freeciv.org/pub/freeciv/latest. 
Is-it normal? If yes, where can I found them?
Another problem with a lesser priority: I send a mail with the last 
version of the gold upkeep patch (PR#4437) before i get on vacation, the 
21 July (strangly, the same day as above) and I received no answer. Can 
someone have a look at it?
