A second or third revolution during a session (load/save) is buggy:

You get 2 or even more messages "Game: Revolution ended"; the government
choice popup appears, even if you've chosen the government at call time,
and the input for the popup is silently ignored.

Needs 2 or 3 attempts here to reproduce.
