Followup to  (PR#3599)

In the previous patch i mention an alternative Irish flag, known as St.
Patricks cross.

I have attached a copy for the Trident tileset.  It is a copy of the
Scottish flag from Trident set with only a few pixles modified and the
necessary colour changes.

I am not sure what to do with this.

Any other patches necessary (adding credit to the artist list, resizing
for the trident
