I remember discussing a similar problem long time ago.  It has taken a new 
turn but I feel the solution should be the same: the GOTO should be 
aborted once the goto unit has attacked once.

Please tell me if this is ok and I will them make a patch.

Right now the unit will attack once per turn.
Another possibility is to make unit attack repeatedly, but this is also 
stupid, since unit might be on the brink of death after the first attack.
