Hi,

I have written a small patch which allows civserver to bind on a specified IP 
only. It would be great if somebody could put this into CVS, since I am 
probably not the only person who needs it. The patch succeeds against current 
CVS.

The new commandline option is --bindip <ip>; if not given, civserver still 
binds on all IPs per default .
