Today Jitterbug went offline. The new entries (4) since the Great
Conversion (27 Oct) are now also in RT. So don't be suprised if you
get errors if you use the old Jitterbug URL from your bookmarks. The
new issues tracking software is RT and is hosted at
rt.freeciv.org. After logging in there is a manual link in the top bar
where you can read about RT.

If there are any problem please report.
