Well, hopefully it will get fixed soon as I just tried to do a CVS diff to 
make a patch file of the OpenVMS specific stuff and it halted near the 
beginning of the VMS_BUILD.COM script.

So no OpenVMS patches for now, guess I get back to porting XMAME and XMESS 
to OpenVMS :)
