I looked at the code ... that only affects sea-units. I changed it so
attacking and defending units have the same effect when getting
attacked.

There is no effect on land units.

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
