Hello,

i changed a little bit in my code, implemented 8 option which can be
changed during the game. 

pplayer->p_city.build_cities and p_city.active_units_cities are actually
dead.

The clientside problem with pplayer->score.cities isn't solved. But the
server is calculating correct.

The client has some problems with the size of the list of Server ongoing
option. The list is to long.

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
einfach tun.
