Here is a second, slightly different, but instructive, example. Get

http://www.enter.de/~c.knoke/bugs/no-goto2.sav.gz

and send (goto) bombers near Sullana back to Tiahuanaco.
All bombers get there, except of the bomber homed in
Beit-Lechem. It tries (without strong reason) to cross
the empty enemy city of Nazca, and stops, saying:

Game: Only ground troops can take over a city.
