[Freeciv-Dev] Compilation Problems

After downloading Apr 19 CVS I got the below error messages.

After typing in 

tar zxvf freeciv-cvs-Apr-19.tar.bz2  
cd freeciv
./autogen.sh

aclocal failed - check that all needed development files are present on sytem.

The fix you sent to the list does not fix my compile problems.
