How do you know if you are running GTK vs. XAW vs. whatever?  I know
when I do a build, but with a package, say for Red Hat, I can't
discern the client type without running 'ldd' on the binary.  For users
who just download the packages, it might be worthwhile adding the GUI
version used to the --version option.
