[Freeciv-Dev] GTK+ 2.0 client port

Hello,

This patch ports the GTK+ client to work with GTK+ 2.0. Its a work in
progress and has many bugs and C99 comments :-), but is barely useable.

It also contains the patch by Baumans to use gdk-pixbuf.

=== How to try it

* Get the Freeciv source from CVS.
* Install GTK+ 1.3.11                   <ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.3>

* cd freeciv/
* gzip -dc freeciv_gtk2.patch.gz | patch -p1
* aclocal -I /usr/local/share/aclocal
* autoconf; ./configure; make


The Freeciv GTK+ client in CVS will be ported to GTK+ 2.0 as soon as it is
released. Current GTK+ releases still have bugs and missing functionality.
