[Freeciv-Dev] suggestion for freeciv: ongoing game

i don't remember whether it was CIV 1 or 2, but i remember that when you
launched your ship into space, you could keep playing if you so pleased.
i so please. :) i had a great civilization and accidentally launched my
spaceship, and it made it... so i had to end my game and coulding
continue destroying the welsh. :)
