        Hi All!

I've noticed, what I think is a bug (someone can say is a feature, 
but it is really a bug!).

Whenever start building a wonder, a message is sent to every player.
The same is done when someone stop builsing a wonder.

In the report wonder menu, everyone can found the overall status.

But there is a way to build wonder and remain stealth!

If you're building a wonder and some other player built that wonder 
(even you!), you can continue to building that wonder, but the report 
menu fails to point this!

This is not a great problem, but it annoys me to have to look at the 
messages every turn with extreme care.
