Freeciv also doesn't delete the worst traderoute, when a city reaches 4
trade routes. (which it should)

I rely heavily on this whenever I gain naval control, in civ1-2 you will
make a /lot/ of money that way, at the same as you are replacing old
trade routes with new & better.

I tried fixing this in cityhand.c::establish_trade_route() with no
effect whatsoever. suggestions?
