Client goto doesn't understand the meaning of alliance. It doesn't understand
that I don't need to care about ZOC rules when I'm moving and there are allied
units "blocking" me, and that I could even enter same squares as allied units.
Nowadays client goto sometimes chooses very ridiculous and long route... I could
upload some savegames to freeciv/incoming to prove this, but I think it isn't
necessary.
