Well you can use XnView on Windows (it even works properly on Windows 2000):

My fave image viewer/converter on Windows.  Off with AcdSee...  Linux
version also available.  But then again who needs it when you have GIMP &
XV?

How many other viewers can you find for fuzzy bitmap, Hires C64 or Koala
Paint? :-)
