This patch does:
-Adds waypoint to gotos and patrols. Just hit "g" (or "q") again while the
goto line is active to set a waypoint.
-The goto line is now updated when you recenter the screen.
-fix patrol bug when route to destination was not found.
-we now redraw as little of the line as possible when drawing to a new
destination.
-fix bug that ships could not target a land unit with the client goto.
-some cleanup, renaming and change of prototypes.
