I've proposed an AI Reestructuration days ago. Based on the development of a 
conceptual model, well designed and documented, so that modifications to the 
model result in trivial hacking activity.
The idea is to design an abstract AI component that makes possible different 
strategies of playing to be added on-the-fly. Little or no hacking should be 
required to implement new strategies.
For now the goal is to start a debate on the subject. Although some have 
answered positively. Very few though. I'm just waiting. I think we all are, for 
the benefit of the FreeCiv game.
