[Freeciv-Dev] Maps again

After some searching in the archives I found that there has to be a
possibility to create scenario-maps with those new rivers. In September
1999 this patch was send to the list by Jeff, I don't know if it was
applied. It seems as if Jerzy Klek (who originally made this patch) also
created some new scenario-maps but I can't find them.

To clarify: I want to create scenario-maps with rivers as
terrain-attribute instead of as terrain, but I can't find out how to do
it.
