[Freeciv-Dev] Amiga client update

Hi,

Included a patch to prepare the gui-mui client for another NLS-bugfix :-)
This time again to ML, as Sebastian has no time till weekend.

In detail:
- Changed all strcpy, strncpy, strcat, sprintf to sz_strcpy, sz_strlcat and
  my_snprintf.
- Fixed the Amiga NLS dummy part to contribute to recent changes.
- Added "version.h" to server/stdinhand.c, as it was missing.
