[Freeciv-Dev] localized vsprintf searched

Hi,

can anyone send me a C source for localized vsprintf function. As ISO-C
does not support this %2$d argument reordering we need to include an
non-ISO localazed vsprintf in Amiga client.

I only found non-localized versions or partial source.
