Removed a text cut and paste error.Added debug messages.
Moved map functions that should only be used by the server from common/map to
server/maphand (functions that operate on the known bitvector is in commom/map
in current CVS)
Explained the fog of war implementation in freeciv-hackers-guide.txt , in
effect rewrote the map section.
I observed some AI's play 2 full games, but failed to find any bugs. Getting
close...
