I still maintain that we should split nations.ruleset by
epoch...
This is a good idea in principle, but it may be harder to do than you would
expect. If you have a possible scheme in mind, don't hesitate to put it
forward (you might already have. I have to check the archives). It seems
to me it will be a difficult task to draw a clear line between historical
periods, and some kind of mixing will inevitably occur. Of course, I could
be wrong.
