There need to be some exstra graphichs then. Rigth now there is only only state
ACTIVITY_FORTIFY; it would have to be split up into ACTIVITY_FORTIFYING and
ACTIVITY_FORTIFIED.
Maybe if ACTIVITY_FORTIFY was an "f" and ACTIVITY_FORTIFIED was an "F"?
