This is however often not an error in the norwegian translation as
norwegian uses capital letters far less than english do, e.g for
adjectives and nouns and even the month names which were added
recently.  Such a feature should at least be optional or one might
have to dig through a lot of warnings to find the actual problems.

(this is probably not awfully interesting to most freeciv'ers but
 the po-files are _large_ and it is really easy to make simple
 mistakes.)
