[Freeciv-Dev] City Names

Hi,

I got myself now the city names used in Civ1.
As I don't have Civ2, could someone please get them too for me?

What about the order for the cities we use? Currently, for German cities,
they are sorted by their importance in the 17th century. Other cities
aren't. What kind of sort should we use?

I'll add to all nations as much cities as possible.
