Since the question is about mutt, there's also a "reply to mailing list"
command in mutt ('L') which is quite useful.  To get this to work, you
have to configure mutt, telling it which address is the list address
(otherwise it has no way to know).  You do it like this (in ~/.muttrc):

    lists freeciv-dev [...]

Or of course you can use mutt's "reply to all" command ('g' for "group").
