There is another situation where I would like to be protected too.  Sometimes 
early in the game I'll be hitting `g' and 'b' quite a lot.  I sometimes get 
confused and hit 'b' on a new settler unit in a city.  This wastes 40 
production, slows things down and generally upsets me.  Believe me, I never 
seem to build my cities in the wrong place, it is just this.

Is any one else as silly/careless as me and want a confirm dialogue box?
