Hello.

Again a short summary (feedback+new ideas):

--- snip ---

-----------
Mine-fields
-----------

tech : exposives, mass production
units : settlers/engineers(land), battleships (water)

- cost: 30 coins
- building time: 2 turns
- removal time: 5 turns
- visible for players, when they entered it
- minefields do not decay
- units are damaged (80% per -10HP)*4
- around minefield 5% chance to hit a mine
- no production at all

Cool stuff for defending narrows (sea and land).

-------------------
anti-tank obstacles
-------------------

tech : steel
units: settlers/engineers

- visible for all players
- some units cannot pass it (armor, artillery, cannon, howitzer, mech. inf)
- units, who can remove it (all others except air & water units + heli)
- building-time: 2 turn
- removal-time: 1 turn
- reduce production -1
- cost: 20 coins

So you need a greater variety of units to attack. Another point is,
that the defender can always attack units, which are trying to remove
the anti-tank obstacles.

--- snip ---

The second feature is much easier to implement, because there you do
not have the problems with visibility.

PS: Hehe. The combination is almost deadly and would increase the
use of air units and some day I will see a carrier in a game.
