I don't think landing a spaceship actually means that player
wins the game, it just gives that player extra points (number
of points depending on the size of the spaceship) and stops 
the game at that year.

(It could be a bit sad if you were losing, but heroicly won the
spacerace, but then lost on points anyway.  But it would still be
a moral victory, and better than continuing on and being
annihilated :-7

Anyway, my point... 
My _point_, is that we could say that if two (or more) players 
had their spaceships arrive in the same turn, then they both
got their respective points.  (Spaceships which haven't yet 
arrive at by that year don't earn any points, at least in Civ1.)

Or am I mistaken and the spacerace winner actually wins, and
the points are just relevant for the highscore table in Civ1?
