[Freeciv-Dev] Focus problems.

  I have been having problems with client windows not wanting to take focus.

  The only way I can get it to take focus is by middle clicking on
FvwmPager (which would let me drag it in my virtual desktop thing).
Clicking buttons, etc still works, but num-pad unit movement and all
keyboard shortcuts do not. Needless to say, this is extremely annoying.

  I'm running on an SGI O2, IRIX 6.3.

  I think I first noticed this in a December 15-ish, 1998 cvs snapshot.
I assumed it would just "go away" on it's own... hehe

  It used to work fine at one point (1.6.x?).
