[Freeciv-Dev] middle-click not working?

Trent Piepho recently posted the following patch to CVS:

A good idea, but I can't get it to work.  I'm using CVS 12/15 under Solaris
and the middle button has no effect.  Has anyone else tried this?  Is it
working for them?  Trent tells me that it works fine for him under Linux.
