[Freeciv-Dev] cvs down?

It seems like cvs is down at freeciv.org. Is there any chance of getting
it back online? :)

Oh, one more thing. Could the Changelog please be updated as patches are
coming in? I for one find the cvs logs very hard and non-intuitive to use.
Besides, I have completely lost view of what patches are getting in and
their status are. Perhaps we could create a Jitterbug patch-tracking web
page? I volunteer to set one up if someone else wants to maintain it :)
