I don't see that as a huge problem. That's the reality of the
real-world situation: the English for Berlin is Berlin, but for München
in Munich. As far as the work goes, I see automatic translation of city
names as a long-term, low-priority project if anything. Getting the
rulesets standardized in terms of city selection, terrain, and
transliteration is a much higher priority.
